Many of you have been reading and following the most recent condominium current events within the State of Florida! The roles and responsibilities of the Boards of Directors of condominium associations has certainly become an important topic of general conversation but we believe it is also imperative to get you some answers to some of your very specific questions.
Recently it was revealed that the State of Florida, over the past few years, has siphoned millions of dollars to its General Fund from the Division of Condominiums Trust Fund consequently providing little or no industry education to the folks that desperately need it.
