Welcome Ms. Kara Swafford, who will be our new Palm Coast Receptionist. She began on June 1. Kara was responsible for the Realty Exchange-Palm Coast rental portfolio for Flagler, St. Johns and Volusia County properties. In addition to that real estate management experience, she brings a plethora of general customer service experience from numerous positions in a variety of industries.
