I would like to take a minute to appreciate all the hard work SSMG has done for the Opus Condominium. The building was in a mess when SSMG was hired and Mark has worked hard with the board to get the building back on track. Since then we have hired new maintenance and front desk, updated and fixed a lot of items that have been tabling by prior managers and boards. They manage to keep meetings on track and deal with vendors daily getting multiple bids for a great selection. I appreciate all their hard work and time they have committed thank you.

Testimonial for SSMG and Lisa Campbell, Ocean Six has now been with SSMG for 3 years. We have found them and our CAM, Lisa Campbell, to be immediately responsive to our every need. Their Accounting practices are sound, accurate, and on time. The advice we receive is accurate and swift when summoned. We have representation present at all of our Board meetings. Lisa Campbell makes herself available to answer all questions regarding Condo business. To summarize, I cannot imagine that there is another Management company that could do a better job for Ocean Six than SSMG.

Lisa Campbell has been there for me with direction and advice. This past weekend a unit owner had an emergency leak and I contacted Lisa, and she very quickly, made arrangements to help me and the unit owner try to solve the problem, even being out of town, she helped get me through it. Anything I’ve asked for I’ve received with kindness and understanding. SSMG has been a tremendous partner, so far as I’m concerned, to help MP move forward.

As a current board member serving as Vice President of Opus Condominiums please let me say I am very happy with the success we have had with SSMG. There are numerous projects that Mark Annon has seen through from start to finish. A few examples would be the swimming pool and hot tub refurbishing, the lawsuit, refurbishing the owner’s lounge, the new fire detection system just to name a few. As a disabled senior widow I get upset with my inability to handle problems at times. A huge thank you to Karen for taking the time to figure out I had written my bank account number too close to the bottom line thus making it appear to be a different number causing the bank to return to your offices. She said she checked against my void check I had enclosed and caught my error, I had checked but missed it. Her phone message about locating the problem and fixing it. Said she would put back through for the auto draw at Regions and remove finance charge. I can not thank her enough for her professionalism and caring. Your organization is fortunate to have such fine employees, I look forward to your handling of our HOA.

I’d like to recognize the excellent service, support and advice provided to the Pine Valley Condo Association by Southern States Management Group and in particular, Peggy Komishock, our Association Manager. Peggy stays on top of any issues we have, is responsive to owners and the Board of Directors. Peggy and Jeff Annon bring a lot of practical experience to the day to day issues that arise and provide education resources to the Board in the fulfillment of their responsibilities. As a board member of an HOA that uses SSMG, I can say I am happy with their services. I am also an accountant at a CPA firm and have found that their services have provided a much greater value with more accurate financial statements then most CAMs that have come across my desk. They follow board instructions and have been very responsive in my experience working with them this past year.
As a relatively new HOA President, Southern States Management Group has helped immensely with managing our condo building and property. They are enormously helpful with finding and managing our vendors and are very responsive to our questions and problems.

I have worked with Lisa going on 3 years as the President of the Broadwater HOA located in Ormond Beach, Fl. In the past we have dealt with other management groups that made life difficult for me as well as our community. I will say that Lisa is by far the best manager I have ever dealt with from an HOA management standpoint. She has an “A” type personality. She gets things done and gets them done accurate and fast. She is smart and always looking out for our community. If she were not involved in the Broadwater HOA I don’t know if I would of stayed on as President of the HOA. She makes my Presidency easy. I consider Lisa not only a business partner but a friend. Hopefully she stays on managing our HOA for years to come.
